PMMC LLC is glad to welcome you on our website!
PMSC LLC is a developing enterprise established in 2008 focused on manufacturing and repairs of all spare parts for mining and metal industry machines. Our enterprise is located on the premises of Petrozavodsk branch of AEM-technology JSC and has all necessary manufacturing elements for performing operations of any complexity with proper post-processing checking that ensures high quality.

Our engineering design department can elaborate drafts of any complexity including those made from a product sample. All drafts elaborated are handed to a customer as may be agreed and protected by intellectual property legislation.

Gear-milling
With the help of gear-milling cogwheels and other toothed parts can be manufactured from ferrous and non-ferrous metals from drawings. PMMC LLC has production facilities that allow us to produce toothed wheels and cogs of any type on short notice and with high quality. — manufacturing skew wheels from drawing; — manufacturing splined shafts from ferrous and non-ferrous metals; — high-precision manufacturing of cogs for chain drives; — manufacturing of toothed wheels of big diameter and high complexity; — batch and single piece production of straight tooth gears. — timely processing of a batch or single piece production order; — high quality processing of parts according to GOST; — thorough observation of all processing technology starting from the use of only quality materials to meeting all temperature requirements; — fulfillment of all warranty obligations.
Manufacturing and restoration of shafts
Restoration of shafts and manufacturing shafts from customer's drawings. One of areas of professional competence of PMMC LLC is manufacturing of shafts from customer's drawings as well as restoration of shafts. Shafts are widely used in various spheres of machine-building. Depending on the needs of a customer we offer manufacturing and restoration of shafts of any type and complexity following the drawings of a customer, our machinery fleet allows us to handle shafts of up to 12 m and to polish them.
Milling
Milling is done with the use of universal milling machines that perform horizontal and vertical milling. Moreover, they make it possible to mill under different angles by different tools with the use of dividing heads and rotary tables. We accept both batch and single piece orders. Lathe machining
Lathe machining, one of the main cutting operations is performed using metal-cutting lathing machines. Lathing is done by cutting a specific layer of metal from the surface of a blank using cutters, drills or other cutting tools. We perform the following types of lathe machining: — cross-cutting — cutting — fillet-making — edge-cutting — grooving — threading, etc.
We operate the best equipment: — metalworking on automatic lathe machines — lathe machining on boring-and-turning mills — CNC lathe metalworking — Automatic turret lathing
Heat treatment
One of the operations that is rarely done at manufacturing facilities is heat treatment of metal in high-temperature furnaces. Heat treatment provides for better properties of steel, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Flame hardening of metals is performed by heating it up to the temperature needed and further shock chilling. This procedure makes it possible to increase the hardness of an alloy. Flame hardening of plates, blades, cutters, etc. lowers the change of them crooking.
Heat treatment quality control All heat treatment-related operations at our enterprise are subject to strict quality control. Stationary hardness gauges are used. Product warranty periods depend on exploitation conditions.
Welding
At the moment welding is one of the most common technological processes in different areas of production. PMMC LLC gladly offers you welding services of any level. We have several welding shops equipped with modern machinery. Skilled professionals perform tasks in a timely manner and with high quality. PMMC LLC performs the following welding operations: — gas-metal arc welding done with the use of an electrode that melts during welding. — semiautomatic welding is a process where the only automated operation is the supply of wire. — electric-contact welding is performed by heating up a junction with the use of electricity. Our personnel will perform preparatory actions (metal refining, grooving, etc.) and post-welding operations (deseaming, slag removing, etc.). PMMC LLC also has an on-site welding team.
Repair of special-purpose machinery
PMMC LLC maintains and repairs quarry machinery (bulldozers, excavators, etc.). We have skilled employees, mobile equipment and technical documents of manufacturers which allows us to perform repair works of any complexity without moving machinery, i.e. at its place of dislocation. In cases when complex mechanical processing of parts is necessary, repair works are done by disassembling particular assemblies or units that are transported to our manufacturing facilities in Petrozavodsk. Furthermore, we are ready to assist you in un-installation and installation of equipment for transportation. We also supply spare parts for excavators of ЭКГ series manufactured by Uralmash JSC and Izhorskiye zavody JSC. At the moment we are working on manufacturing a list of spare parts as a part of import-replacement policy.

Fixtures and connective devices. PMMC LLC also produces spare parts for size-reduction equipment made in Russia (КМД/КСД 1750, 2200, КМД 118, etc.). Please contact customer department for the full list. Spare parts for size-reduction equipment manufactured abroad (Metso, Sandvic). We can produce spare parts on the model of a part provided by a customer.
